At Thistle and Pearl, we offer a range of styling and hire services designed to elevate your wedding or event and bring your vision to life.
We offer two flexible ways to work with us, depending on how hands-on you’d like to be. If you’d love to walk into your venue and see everything perfectly styled, then a full wedding and event styling is the option for you. When you book us for full styling, we help design the overall look and feel for your wedding or event, curate props and décor to suit your vision and also deliver, set up, style and pack down on the day. This is a stress-free, done-for-you service where we take care of all the details, so you can focus on enjoying every moment. We also offer dry hire on selected items. Dry hire means you hire the décor or props only - no styling, setup, or pack down included. You collect the items from us, style them your way, and return them after your event. Dry hire is perfect if you’re styling your own wedding or event and you only need a few statement pieces to complete your look. Please note: not all items are available for dry hire, as some pieces require professional setup or handling.

Table Styling

Depending on your style and package, table styling may include statement table runners and textured overlays, chair draping, plates and layered place settings, cutlery and glassware styling, napkins styled with folds or knots, candlesticks, tealights or pillar candles, vases or bud vases, floral centre piece stands, table number signage and thoughtful finishing touches that bring everything together. Whether you’re dreaming of long banquet tables, round guest tables, or an intimate sweetheart setup, we ensure your tables feel cohesive and visually stunning from every angle.
Prop Hire
Create a breathtaking atmosphere with our carefully curated collection of wedding and event props, designed to elevate your celebration and make every moment unforgettable.
Our signature backdrops are the heart of our collection. Choose from our statement gold hoop, elegant gold arches or our beautifully handcrafted wooden hexagon - perfect for ceremonies, sweetheart tables and photo moments. Enhance your styling with our half moon cake stand or our statement gold hoop cake stand. Both designs create a stunning focal point and look beautifully styled with either fresh or faux flowers and soft pampas. Keep your guests’ well wishes safe in our luxury card boxes. Our easels are perfect for welcome signs or table plans. Complete the look with our aisle decor, featuring elegant lanterns and candles that create a romantic glow and a truly memorable walk down the aisle.
Weddings and Events Stationary
We create beautifully considered stationary that reflects your style and tells your story. Our stationary collection includes bespoke and semi-bespoke welcome signs, table plans, place cards, menus, signage and order of services, as well as where the celebrations begin with a save the date and wedding invitation. Every piece is crafted with care combining timeless design and modern touches to create a cohesive and unforgettable look.
Children’s Wedding Corner
Our cosy kids corner is the perfect little retreat designed to keep your youngest guests entertained, comfortable and included in your special day. Styled with low wooden tables, soft floor furnishings and a beautiful lace teepee hideaway, this space creates a calm and welcoming environment where children can relax and play. Thoughtfully laid out with colouring and activities, it blends seamlessly into your wedding aesthetic while offering practical comfort. Our wooden tables can also be considered for a kids’ eating table and we can create matching decor with place settings. A beautiful way to ensure every guest, big or small, feels considered.
Picnic Table Set-Ups
Create a beautifully relaxed and Instagram worthy setting with our handcrafted wooden picnic tables - perfect for hen parties, birthdays, baby showers, summer parties and special celebrations of all kinds. Designed for intimate, luxury style seating, our low tables bring a laid-back boho vibe while keeping your event feeling elegant and thoughtfully styled. Optional styling packages include cushions, tableware, rugs and decorative backdrops.
